How the Windup nights will work; If you have had lessons on Sundays or Thursdays, we would like you to try to come to the windup on May 29th Sunday Night. If you had lessons on Saturdays or- Monday’s we would like you to come on Monday Night May 30th.
This is to try to control the number of players. We had 258 kids to try to accommodate so Its not easy. Many of you will have to come on a certain night because of other commitments or if you have kids in different nights and that’s okay but I needed some guideline for us to use to avoid pure chaos. Kids can only come to one of the nights, not both.
For either night the kids ages Eleven and older can come for a 5:30pm start. Ages 9-10 can come for 6pm start. Ages 7-9 can come for 6:30pm and kids 6 and under can come for 7pm. We will golf till about 8pm and then get everyone into the clubhouse for a burger/hotdog and fries.
Parents can eat too but let us know when you arrive so we can cook enough for you as well. We will charge adults $6 to join in the food with the kids.
